Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Evergreen Cleaning Company has the right to refuse service to any client, and may end recurring cleaning services at any point. In addition, any present or past client of Evergreen Cleaning Company may not directly or indirectly solicit or hire one of Evergreen Cleaning Company's past or present team members without direct permission from Evergreen Cleaning Company. Doing so will result in a $5,000 "Finders Fee" for both parties.

You further acknowledge and agree that Evergreen Cleaning Co. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to clean up mold, human waste, pest (flea and rodent infestations, etc.) pet waste, bodily fluids or anything else that can be considered hazardous. We can recommend a company that is equipped to handle these situations. If we come into a home that requires this type of cleaning we will skip the affected rooms or refuse service due to possible health risks. We do ask to be informed beforehand if this may be an issue. If this situation arises, we have the right to charge an additional fee as well.
As we are a “green” cleaning service we do not use products with bleach. If there is excessive mold or stains in tile grout, we suggest having the grout professionally re-grouted and sealed. We can suggest companies that provide this service, although we are able to effectively clean most areas we come across. In extreme circumstances, we may have to refer you to a company that deals with this issue specifically.
We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. We do use extension poles for higher items that need dusting and cobweb revmoval.
Evergreen Cleaning Company has a 48 hour cancellation policy. We understand that life happens. Things come up that you may not be able to plan for. For this reason, we have established a policy that allows for some wiggle room. Typically the first offense will result in a warning. However, any subsequent "Last Minute" cancellations/reschedules will result in a $50 or 50% cancellation fee ( Whichever is greater).
Cleaning service occurs between 7am- 7pm on our typical work day. Given that each home that we clean varies in the amount of time it takes to clean, we can not guarantee an exact arrival/ departure time. We typically allow a 1 hour window of arrival, however in some cases the team may be running later than expected. This is part of the business unfortunately, and we always do our very best to arrive to scheduled appointments on time.
It's bound to happen sometimes. We do our best to prevent it and in the rare instance something does get broken, we will notify you immediately.
1. Sometimes breakage occurs when there are "booby traps". Those are accidents waiting to happen. We are often handling things that aren't normally touched (pictures not hung securely (e.g. with thumb tacks), top heavy items with unstable bases, wobbly, tippy objects). Each incident is reviewed on a case by case basis. We cannot take responsibility for "booby traps". Please remove unstable breakables to a place we do not clean.
2. We will pay up to $100 per breakage item, when value is verifiable. If the damage is valued at more than $100, a Liability Insurance Claim and Investigation will need to be opened through our insurance carrier.
3. In some cases we will have the broken item repaired by a professional restoration company. Breakage values over $25 must be verified before replacement or reimbursement will be authorized. Please save the broken item for our inspection. Breakage must be reported within 7 days of discovery.
As the owner of Evergreen Cleaning Company, I take responsibility for my team and their actions. Our systems and policies are designed to help minimize risks, however, I will personally review any unresolved incident to ensure the fairest resolution possible. You are our valued client and we wish to resolve each incident to your full satisfaction.
Payment is requested on the day of completion of cleaning service.
Payment can be made in cash, check, card, Venmo, or Bitcoin on completion of the service.
Late payments may attract additional charges.
Client understands that any ‘late payments’ may be subject to additional charges.
